From London or the South:- Leave the M25 at Junction 24 Signed A1000, Potters Bar. At the first traffic light turn right on A1000 to Hatfield. After 2 miles turn right into B158 to Essendon. The Club is 2 miles down the Road at a double bend. Alternatively from the North:- Leave A1M at Junction 4 (Hatfield) and take the A414 signed Hertford. After 3 miles at the second roundabout, turn right onto the B158 to Essendon. After quarter of a mile, at T-junction turn right and go through Essendon village. The club is 1 Mile further on the left on a double bend.
Reporting Time: 10:00 AM
(Please observe reporting rules as stated previously). 		Tee Off: 12:00 PM (Doubles Memorial Cup)
Dinner:
Coffee and Bacon roll at the start
Restaurant. Reserved from 6:30 p.m.

(Members please advise of dietary requirements including guests.)		 Dress: Smart golf attire on the course and smart casuals for dinner..
Cost: OUTING FEE (Members: £55-£65) Winner of last year's tournament is requested by the committee to bring back the trophy in a presentable form on the day of the outing.
You are assumed to be playing unless advised otherwise preferably in writing Thursday October 7, 2010 . Communication by fax or E-mail is preferred. Any cancellation thereafter will make the member liable for the full outing fee. Due to a very limited availability Guest places should be reserved at the earliest convenience as well as advising of their handicap and knowledge of their golf etiquette.
Please note that a member qualifying for a prize and not attending the presentation dinner without notification prior to Tee-off will be disqualified.
