| Cost: OUTING FEE (Members: £0.00 Guest: £0.00) | Winner of last year's tournament is requested by the committee to bring back the trophy in a presentable form on the day of the outing. |
| You are assumed to be playing unless advised otherwise preferably in writing Thursday May 5, 2011 . Communication by fax or E-mail is preferred. Any cancellation thereafter will make the member liable for the full outing fee. Due to a very limited availability Guest places should be reserved at the earliest convenience as well as advising of their handicap and knowledge of their golf etiquette. Please note that a member qualifying for a prize and not attending the presentation dinner without notification prior to Tee-off will be disqualified. |

Please note! The rule regarding reporting on the day. If a player intends to report 10 minutes before their tee-off they must send their outing fee to the treasurer atleast 7 days prior to the event or can have the fee paid on the day by another player atleast half an hour before the first tee-off A 2 stroke penalty will be given if the player misses their tee-off time. All other players should be there at reporting time. This will allow the organisers the time to make the payment to the course and complete all work in this respect. The tee-off times will be published on the website atleast 3 days prior to the event. |
