| Cost: OUTING FEE (Members: £60.00 Guest: £65.00) | Winner of last year's tournament is requested by the committee to bring back the trophy in a presentable form on the day of the outing. |
| You are assumed to be playing unless advised otherwise preferably in writing Thursday September 2, 2010 . Communication by fax or E-mail is preferred. Any cancellation thereafter will make the member liable for the full outing fee. Due to a very limited availability Guest places should be reserved at the earliest convenience as well as advising of their handicap and knowledge of their golf etiquette. Please note that a member qualifying for a prize and not attending the presentation dinner without notification prior to Tee-off will be disqualified. |
